서포트엔지니어 1명
The primary focus is to provide technically assist and coordinate all required resources to effectively achieve the overall startup and field service of compressors/ machines.  You will also develop and main-tain technical document, instruction, procedures for service jobs and support creation of spare part PM list and any documentation for KRN aftermarket business. You will report to the Aftermarket manager. This position is in Busan, South Korea.

[KEY RESPONSIBILITY]
As an aftermarket support engineer, you will be the first level to support for commissioning / field ser-vice engineers during the commissioning and gas trial stage and – with your expertise – support continuous technical advice for any issues. You will closely
collaborate with I&C engineer in engineering team. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following technical tasks and
activities:
• You will develop and maintain technical support document and training materials such as service instruction, procedures, technical
service bulletin, service job tools list and commissioning guidebook.
• You will provide technical support of I&C and IAS systems for LD /HD operation to FSE and customer.
• Advice technical resolution of electrical, control and automation issues during commissioning and gas trial stages.
• Generate corrective action reports and attend Technical Committee Meetings as required.
• Assure documented feedback to improve our products and processes as well as commercial success, frequently participate in
design review meetings.
• Participate production, quality, engineering design review meetings and follow up actions & upgrades.
• Provide after-hours phone support to field service personnel and customers as needed.
• Comply with Safety Rules, Regulations and OSHA Requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors to support field resources as required.
• Support Aftermarket product development and creation of spare part PM list.
• Perform other duties as required.
[EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE]
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or automation/electrical engineering or comparable.
• Technical knowledge about turbo and/or screw compressor packages (rotating machinery) and related auxiliary
equipment like heat exchanger, drives, controls, …
• Must have strong background and knowledge of IAS system (Kongsberg, S&SYS, Kawasaki)
• Dedicated knowledge about control systems and programming of PLC’s
• Previous field service experience in marine environment, especially in LNG, is a strong surplus.
• Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, Korean language is your mother tongue.
• Confident handling of MS O365, ERP system (SAP is a surplus) and our PLM system.

커미셔닝엔지니어 1명
In this challenging position it will be your mission to support/execute timely and in-quality installation and commissioning including
cold gas test of screw and turbo type compressor pack-ages. You will closely collaborate with the local project team, their on-site
coordinator and for sure our customer as well as the ship owner. You will be the first level of support for our customers during the
startup phase and – with your expertise – support continuous product improvement. You will report to the service operation team
leader.

[KEY RESPONSIBILITY]
As a commissioning engineer you will be highly involved in the customer orders during its final stages starting already with the FAT in our test field. You will prepare the installation and sub-sequent commissioning phase from technical as well as
scheduling point of view with the on-site coordinator and the project manager. Technical support will be provided by the
engineering team, mainly the I&C engineers. This challenging and exciting job is part of the After Market of the local PC in Busan and is linked to our prime business. The position includes, but is not limited to, the following technical tasks and
activities:
• You will support the installation of the delivered compressors to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
• You will start up our compressors including running diagnostic testing together with the customer team.
• You will execute and support the cold gas test of the installed machines and such their integration into the on board processes.
• You will attend customer meetings, plan daily activities with onsite labor and call out utilities and equipment required to meet the
project schedule.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve machinery issues directly at the customer's location. Hands on job to carry out field repair
and maintenance of the com-pressors to resolve site issue.
• Customer Service: Ensure clear and efficient communication with the client while following safety protocols throughout all
commissioning stages. Be able to train customers.
• You will prepare daily project activity and technical reports and communicate closely with the project manager and the on-site
coordinator of the PC in Busan.
• Participate de-briefing to assure communication of improvement issues back to engineering and production, frequently participate
in design review meetings.
• Maintain proper business travel practices in a safe and cost-efficient manner. Fol-low all company and departmental procedures
and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required.
