UX Writer & Marketer in English and Korean

As a UX Writer & Marketer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the voice and tone of our products. You will collaborate closely with our B2B clients in the world as well as designers, product managers, and developers to create clear, concise, and user-friendly content. Your work will not only guide users through our interfaces but also support our marketing efforts by creating compelling content that drives engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all user touchpoints.
• Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for user interfaces, including buttons, menus, error messages, and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that incorporate effective microcopy.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve content.
• Create marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Optimize content for SEO and ensure it aligns with marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to inform future content creation and strategy.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with UX design principles and practices.
  • Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and marketing tools.
