The Sales Account Engineer will report to the National Sales Manager of Korea and be responsible for driving sales growth in Spellman’s Korean market, supporting key OEM accounts in the Seoul/Incheon region (or other), promoting the Spellman brand and increasing market share in our core industrial segments.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Account Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts within the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) sector in South Korea. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Sales Management: Take ownership of sales activities for OEM customers in South Korea, overseeing the entire sales process from generating quotes, processing purchase orders, managing deliveries, and ensuring timely payments.
Forecast and Supply Contract Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage and maintain accurate forecasts and annual supply contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer demands.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure strict adherence to standards encompassing marketing practices, logistics, and codes of conduct, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
The Sales Account Engineer will work with Spellman resources at its various sites, including Business Development, Engineering, Operations, QA, Service, and other staff to execute the sales plan and achieve sales growth targets.
Be active in account penetration, project development and management, facilitation of communication across multi-departmental lines, and building long term sustainable relationships that promote continuous growth and customer satisfaction.
Maintain in depth product knowledge to support customers of Spellman's high voltage power supplies, with the goal of providing subject expertise and application support as required.
To support at events, trade shows and webinars with specific input on Spellman's high voltage power supply solutions.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer business status and competitor activities, providing insights that contribute to strategic competitive analysis and market positioning.
