WHAT'S THE ROLE?

This role holds a pivotal position within our organization, with crucial responsibilities that have a significant impact on our company's success.
You will be the key person in driving and initiating business projects with different stakeholders (e.g. local, regional and global level) in the company with the objective to our Fleet Management strategy to customers, and put in place the right services and internal process to achieve this goal.
You will be a crucial part of NURON innovation to drive its success as the owner of Fleet Management.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate efforts of entire team of sales team, marketing team, and back office with a goal of improving market reach of Fleet Management. Spearhead and partner with the sales team to take them through the entire solution selling journey all along the 8 steps (management meeting, onsite analysis, final presentation)
  • Create, communicate, and execute business plans (including Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations plans) for Fleet Management.
  • Increase sales and penetration of FM by coordinating with the sales team and leveraging existing relationships
  • Strengthen FM business directions, strategy and net sales by providing your insights based on data analysis and regular sales team/customer jobsite visits
  • Support launch of new products and features to team members and customers by acquainting them with feature benefits and solution functionality
  • Plan and implement continuous improvements to the services based on internal and customer feedback, market developments, and Hilti objectives
  • Training for sales team and other relevant stakeholders and ensure our organization's solution selling competence and confidence is ready
  • Regular reporting and tracking
  • Plan and participate in trade shows and other industry events

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • People leadership or diverse stakeholder management experience highly preferred
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience in product marketing or pioneer in service offering
  • Able to drive and influence other different departments to work together towards same direction with strong winning and high performing mindset
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Korean
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, comfortable in leading change and with entrepreneur spirit
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and business development and strong in solution and consultative selling is an added plus
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications
  • Interested in developing a long-term career with the company
