[업무내용]
- IT orientation for new hire & IT equipment preparation for new hire.
- provide on-site
troubleshooting for servers, PCs and their peripheral including network with
remote IT teams.
- conduct preventive
maintenance check of the server, AV System upon scheduled request.
- communicate
engaged IT vendor for equipment procurement, maintenance service, scrap.
- develop
and maintain localized user and support documents based upon global standard
processes.
- acknowledge and respond to user requests related
to the following IT services on the call tracking system:
- Computers (Server, PC), Network equipment (Router,
Switch).
- Printer, Fax, MFP device.
- IP Phone system and mobile device.
- AV system (Videoconference, Projector).
- Hardware and Software installation, replacement,
IT security.
