 [Job Description] 
The Sales Manager, Korea will manage the company’s achievement of customer acquisition and sales target. He/she is responsible for growing the business by closely engaging with key strategic partners in various market segments. The main focus will be sustaining sales growth by winning new accounts and withholding existing customers.

•            Handle profitable growth and business development activities.

•            Increase sales by accomplishing sales target with key customers by building strong, multi-level relationships.

•            Develop a deep understanding of RFID expertise to accelerate selling & solution recommendations.

•            Provide product/technical support, recommendations, samples, training, and service information.

•            Develop a thorough understanding of market situation and develop strategies to grow the company’s revenue.

•            Liaise with customers, including senior management, regularly regarding market, economic, and industry events to help them overcome current and future challenges.

•            Strive for market intelligence.

 

[Qualification]

 •            Bachelor's degree.

•            Five (5) or more years of successful commercial experience, RFID industry or B2B is preferred.

•            Concrete understanding of business and finance and with deep understanding of the RFID industry.

•            Strong in developing customer relationships and stimulate sales growth.

•            Ability to effectively develop go-to-market strategy, along with executing activities.

•            High level of prospecting skills, including proactively identifying and anticipating customer requirements, expectations, and needs.

•            Highly effective at obtaining, maintaining, and applying thorough product/solutions knowledge.

•            Strong in formulating account strategies, time management, project planning, and organizing.

•            Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on business issues.

•            Ability to work independently.

•            Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.

•            Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and written communications skills.       

•            Up to 20% travel may be required.
