Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologist Position Available

The Mindcare Institute of Korea is a multidisciplinary clinic with U.S., Canadian, Australian, and Korean licensed speech and language pathologists, Occupational therapists, psychologists, play therapists, art therapists, and counselors. We are seeking a dedicated child speech and language therapist to join our team. We work with a variety of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Language Disorder, various fluency and articulation issues, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental issues.

Nature of Work:
1) Providing speech and language testing and therapy for children and adolescents (testing will be supervised and taught if necessary),
2) Providing parent education if necessary.
3) Providing consultation to schools (SPED teachers, classroom teachers etc.)
4) Providing in-house education to therapists of other disciplines on speech and language issues.

Require:
1) If Master’s level speech and language therapist, at least 2 years experience post-masters degree
2) Need a license to practice from the U.S., U.K, Australia, or Korea

Duties:
1) Progress Notes submitted in a timely manner
2) Test reports submitted in a timely manner (will supervise and teach if necessary)
3) Ability to work in teams with psychologists, occupational therapists, and schools.

Location:
Flexible (Pyeongtaek/Seoul)

Days/Hours of work:
Flexible (most clients are at the clinic between 10am and 7pm)

Salary: Negotiable
