[자동차/영업관리] Korea Sales Area Manager

A renowned luxury sports car manufacturer is looking for a Korea Sales Area Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for managing regional dealers' sales efforts to meet sales strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor dealers’ daily commercial activities to ensure compliance with commercial policy
• Plan and implement sales campaigns to support the company and the dealers to reach the targets
• Prepare monthly sales result forecast
• Coach and support the dealers on all Business Intelligence system platform-related topics
• Conduct and apply for prompt payments according to commercial policy
• Detect each dealer’s areas for improvement, coordinate with other support resources, and assist dealers in implementing best practices
• Assist with marketing events and promotions related to dealers and customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, international trade, or other relevant domain
• 5-8 years of experience in an international work environment
• Prior luxury or automotive industry experience (experience gained abroad is preferred)
• Background in the retail environment
• Proficient in MS Office; especially Excel
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level written and verbal English
