About the roleㆍPlays a crucial role in helping automotive companies enhance their software development processes to meet the demanding quality and safety standards of the industryㆍFor Process Improvement, Collaborating with automotive companies to assess, design, implement, and improve their software development processes according to ASPICE standards which involves analysing existing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and qualityㆍWith respect to ASPICE Training, providing training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders within automotive organizations about ASPICE requirements, processes, and best practices which helps to ensure that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities in adhering to ASPICE guidelinesㆍWith respect to Assessment and Auditing, conducting assessments and audits of software development processes within automotive companies to evaluate compliance with ASPICE requirements which involves reviewing documentation, interviewing personnel, and inspecting work products to assess the maturity and effectiveness of processesㆍFor Guidance and Support, offering guidance and support to automotive companies throughout the ASPICE implementation process which includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing expertise to help organizations overcome challenges and achieve ASPICE complianceㆍWith respect to Documentation and Reporting, generating reports and documentation to communicate assessment findings, improvement recommendations, and progress towards ASPICE compliance which involves documenting assessment results, tracking implementation activities, and reporting on key metrics and milestones
About youRequirements:ㆍBachelors degree in a relevant field of Electric/Electronic/Computer/Mechanical EngineeringㆍMinimum 5 years of experience in the automotive (OEMs, Suppliers) or the certification companyㆍASPICE consulting and Auditor experienceㆍProvisional Assessor or Competent Assessor
Preferred:ㆍMCU, SoC, IP company experienceㆍAutomotive functional safety (ISO 26262) development experienceㆍPossess safety analysis practical methods such as HAZOP, FTA, FMEA, DFAㆍAbility to work on multiple projects in parallel, often with conflicting demands and timelinesㆍExpert assessors are experienced professionals who have demonstrated exceptional competence and expertise in ASPICE assessmentsㆍCommunication skills in both Korean and English
