Clinical Marketing Manager/Specialist(not managerial role)

Responsibility:
MANAGEMENT
1. Lead market strategy and clinical research and analysis including regional IVD market capacity and market trend, collect information on competitive companies and products that may influence short-term and long-term brand strategy.

MARKETING
1. Collaborate key accounts reception. Pay periodic visits to Key Accounts for getting user feedbacks on our products and services.
2. Develop key opinion leaders and reference laboratories, coordinate scientific research, to build up scientific share of voice on products, as well as brand image in the market.
3. Organize and support Congresses and workshops.
4. Micromanage cost in any of the marketing activities to optimize cost-effectiveness.
5. Design and deliver new product launching activities obtain post - launch feedback from the market, and advice on product positioning strategy.
6. Assist our sales staff and local distributors introducing Mindray product to potential customers. Provide product presentation, systems demonstration and feedback to customer’s questions and query.

CLINICAL MARKETING
1. Lead clinical trial and collect and analyze products' application and clinical information to understand and meet customer requirements.
2. Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration.
3. Provide technical, application and clinical support during whole sales process, including pre-sales tendering process.
4. Coordinate with R&D to ensure the products are suitable for the target market.

Requirements:
1. More than 5 years working experience, prefer to have Sales/Marketing /IVD experience in Medical device industry or Medical device.
2. Good English Communication Skill, overseas experience required;
3. English skill: fluent in written and reading English, fluently speaking is a plus.
4. Be able to travel frequently.
5. Self motivated and good teamwork, hard-working attitude.
