[의료기기/연구원] R&D Director

A renowned global medical device company is looking for an R&D Director. The selected candidate will provide technical leadership, manage multiple technical projects, and ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical planning, development, and execution of projects to meet strategic goals
• Make difficult technical decisions regarding project priorities
• Provide technical and scientific leadership and training to the R&D team
• Create and maintain development standards, training programs, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutions, test labs, suppliers, and consulting providers
• Foster a culture of innovation and ensure program milestones are achieved

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Science, Biologics, Bio Med, or Engineering
• More than 15 years of experience in in vitro diagnostics, assay development, and biologics
• More than 10 years of leadership and functional management experience
• Strong technical background in device and assay development
• Experience in medical device development is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills using industry-accepted concepts and tools
