[모집분야] IT User Support

[주요업무]
ㆍ고객사 사용자의 전산 환경 지원
- Standard MS configuration
- Installing and configuring for computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Security software Install & Update and Support : AD, DRM, DLP, SEP etc
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- User device updates and release changes
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing & replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology

Detailed overview of tasks in the design Center:

Administrate Active Directory (AD)– OU KDC only
- Administrate user and computer profiles
- Administrate groups and policy’s
- Special permissions - fileserver and AD groups
- AD Maintenance for OU KDC

Providing customer end user support (1st; 2nd) for:
- Hardware (e.g.: Printer, Plotters, Milling machines, 3D Printer, Scanners, Powerwall - Cluster, LED-Wall, Laptops, Workstations, Monitors, Wacom products etc.)
- Software (e.g.: Microsoft OS and MS Office/ M365/Teams, Adobe products, Blender, AI Tools (on premise only) , Autodesk products, Security Software, Antivirus and Firewall, VR and CGI Software, Catia, etc.)
- Network related issues
- Software & updates installations or rollouts
- Microsoft update rollouts
- Issue and problem solving
- Support individual nonstandard user software
- Root cause analysis (Hardware / OS and Apps/ Network and network Devices / Server etc.)

Hardware install, setup or repair
- Setup and build images of new hardware ( Laptops/Computers)
- Change, move and replace hardware
- Adjust and repair hardware

Server, Network and Storage Maintenance
- Monitoring all Servers and the Network ( Maintenance is done by HAEE)
- Fileserver and SANCluster - ( Maintenance is done by HAEE)
- Print Server – administration ( Maintenance is done by HAEE)
- License Server – administration ( Maintenance is done by HAEE)
- Terminal Server- administration ( Maintenance is done by HAEE)
- SFTP Server - administration ( Maintenance is done by HAEE)
- Deon Server - administration ( Maintenance is done by HAEE)
- Patching of Network ports

IT Department related work
- Documentation of software, licenses, installation procedures, known issues and solutions, processes etc.
- Asset Inventory of hardware and software
- Data backup & Data restore
- Usage of administrative tools
- AD, Adobe Portal, SNOW, Mobile Iron, DDMS, DRM, Autodesk portal, Digital Guardian, CheckMK, Dell Portal, Microsoft VLSC Ivanti EPM und ITSM/ITAM
