Job Summary As a 4-year-old company, you are required to have multi-task work in the marketing team. As a member of the marketing team, you joined in several projects for building up new brands and products by defining the right consumers, messages, and communication plans for the company to deliver business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a good team player with strong communication and initiative skills based on experience who enjoys learning. He/She also has a high willingness to challenge herself/himself in a new and dynamic environment. You will get guidance from the Marketing Manager by reporting to the Marketing Manager Responsibilities 1. Brand strategic planning
- Support Marketing Manager to develop and execute brand and product strategies to deliver short-term goals and long-term sustainable growth
- Support to launch new brands and products by defining target consumers, messages, and pricing by reviewing the competitor landscape in relative channels (including relevant supporting materials for the trade)
- Analyze market trends and ensure insightful information to support strategic decision
2. Brand communication
- Build up brand awareness and consideration through efficient and effective communication plans
- Lead and implement annual marketing plans, bring target consumer engagement and drive mega trials of the product throughout the year
- Actively participate in projects for digital marketing communication through strong collaboration with the sales team for the e-commerce channel
- Manage marketing agency with clear briefs and collaborate with internal stakeholders (eg. Digital marketing, VMD,POSM, PR and etc)
3. Manage and develop business
- Involve actively in channel development plans by executing related activities (especially Ecommerce & Mass)
- Provide insights related to consumer habits and cooking trends so that MKR will have an accurate view of the market
- Monitor and update market trends and competitors' activities, performances
- Take direct responsibility for budgetary control
Requirements
- Minimal 5+ years of relevant working experience with sound knowledge (Korean Title: Gwajang)
- Relevant Industry experience preferred in Korea
- Strong knowledge of on/offline, brand marketing, and media management
- Communication (esp. Digital performance marketing) experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Passionate and Energetic
- Analytical and Strong initiative
- Superior at the English language in both written and spoken
- Good collaboration skills and effective communication
