Global Key Account Manager 정규직 구

I. Position Summary:
헤레우스 Heraeus Electronics Sales Function 소속으로 글로벌 영업 전략 개발 및 실행을 주도하고 고수익 성장을 달성하기 위한 모든 활동을 주도합니다. (Lead the development and implementation of the global sales strategies for Global Key Account (GKA) and lead all activities to achieve high,
profitable growth)


II. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Heraeus Electronics 사업부문의 전략에 맞춰 글로벌 핵심 거래처 영업 전략(거래처 계획) 수립 및 실행
(Develop and implement global key account sales strategy (account plan) in alignment with HET business lines’ strategy)
- 예산에 따라 sales 목표를 달성하기 위해 연간 예산을 책정하고 팀(해외 계정 관리자 및 기타 내부 이해관계자)을 유도합니다.
(Annual budgeting and driving the team (overseas account managers and other internal stakeholders) to achieve sales targets according to budget.)
- 우수한 sales funnel pipeline을 개발하고 sales 성장 목표 달성을 위해 추진합니다.
(Develop a robust sales funnel pipeline and drive to close WINs to achieve growth target )
- 시장 진출 전략을 포함한 비즈니스 라인 및 제품 라인 포트폴리오 개발 지원
(Support the development of Business Lines and Product Lines portfolio including go-to market strategy)
- 도구 및 프로세스(Jedox 및 CRM) 구현과 Challenger 기술 수용을 통해 영업 우수성을 촉진합니다.
(Drive sales excellence through implementation of tools and processes (Jedox for forecasting and CRM for opportunity pipeline) and embracing Challenger skills)
- Commercial, technical, development, quality contract (가격포함) 협상
(Negotiate commercial, technical, development, quality contract (including pricing))
- 시장 부문, 고객, 경쟁사 정보 수집
(Market segment, customers, competitors intelligence gathering)
- mid and Senior level management 를 통해 고객 관계 개발 및 성장
(Develop and growth customer relationship especially mid and Snr level management)


III. Experience & Knowledge Requirements
- 10 ~ 15 년의 영업 경험, 최소 8년의 관리 또는 글로벌 주요 계정 책임
(Min 15 years sales experience, with at least 8 years in managerial or Global Key Account responsibility)
- middle/ top level 수준의 고객(Amkor, Fabless, IDM) relationships 및 관계
(Strong customer (Amkor, Fabless, IDM) connection and relationships at middle/ top level)
- 반도체, 전력 전자 및 자동차 산업 분야의 풍부한 경험)
(Extensive experience in Semiconductor, Power Electronics and Automotive industry)

- 다국적 기업에서 근무한 경험
(Experience to work in multi-national companies)
- 지역적으로나 전 세계적으로 매트릭스 조직의 모든 기능과 사이트에 걸쳐 내부적으로 참여하고 협업할 수 있는 능력. 해외 회계관리자의 간접보고 구조 관리 포함
(Ability to engage and collaborate internally across all functions and sites in a matrix organization locally and globally. Including managing indirect-reporting structure of account managers overseas )
- 고위 경영진 SVP/VP/SnrDir/Dir부터 운영 생산, 엔지니어링, 구매, 조달 관리자/Engrs/구매자/기획자에 이르기까지 고객 조직 내의 여러 계층에 참여하고 처리할 수 있는 능력과 의지)
(Ability and willingness to engage and handle multiple layers within the customer organization from Senior Management SVP/VP/SnrDir/Dir down to operational production, engineering, purchasing, procurement Mgrs/Engrs/Buyers/Planners))
- 긴박감이 있는 자기주장적이며 자기 주도적이며 일을 해내는 능력이 있습니다.
(Assertive with a sense of urgency, self driven, ability to make things happen)
- 유창한 영어구사 능력 (말하시 / 쓰기)
(Fluency in English (Spoken & Written))
- 국내 및 해외에서 고객 및 내부 목적으로 빈번한 출장 관련 국가로의 출장
Frequent travelling for customer and internal purpose both locally in Korea and overseas travelling to relevant countries


V. Education & Other Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Engineering field
Master degree in business administration will have added advantage
Proven record in Global Key Account roles will have added advantage
