| 업무내용 |
ㆍWork with internal clients to assess legal issues and risks related to the company’s business,
products and any activities which impact the organisation. Assist and advise management
in general corporate matters (including mergers and acquisitions).
ㆍMonitor and assist in the implementation of appropriate corporate governance and
compliance procedures.
ㆍProvide advice and counsel to management, game teams and other in-house clients on
proposed and existing laws and regulations of foreign jurisdictions, including the US, the EU,
Taiwan, Japan, and the Southeast Asian countries.
ㆍPrepare, review, advise and assist in negotiations on a wide variety of contractual arrangements
and documentation.
ㆍManage litigation in coordination with senior management and group affiliates. Coordinate
with outside attorneys to define and implement litigation strategies.
ㆍManage and coordinate outside counsels’ activities, as well as the selection, review and hiring
of outside counsel for various matters. Review billing for appropriate charges.
ㆍWork with all levels of internal clients within HQ as well as those within group affiliates
(in particular, US subsidiaries), including business groups and executives, as well as internal and
external legal counsel, in connection the various duties above. |

ㆍ학력 : 석사 이상
ㆍ경력 : 2년 ~ 7년

ㆍLicensed attorney from an accredited law school with 2 to 7 years of experience
ㆍLicensed in good standing to practice as an attorney in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia,
or
New Zealand.
ㆍExcellent communication skills in English and Korean.

ㆍSome in-house counsel/law firm experience preferred. Some knowledge of and experience
in foreign exchange laws and other Korean laws relevant to cross-border relationships preferred.
