모집부문 및 상세내용담당업무 ㆍDrive Quality culture through consistent communication & employee engagement- ㆍMaintain & improve Quality Management System (QMS), according to customer, industry and internal standards
- ㆍSupport or coordindate Quality Management Review Meetings - Advise and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory & customer requirements
- ㆍSupport or coordindate validation and qualification activities
- ㆍAct as coach & reviewer for operational documents (incl. but not limited to standard operating procedures & work instructions)
- ㆍEnsure standard operating procedures & work instructions fulfill the quality requirements and standards
- ㆍFacilitate & ensure that Quality trainings are conducted as per plan
- ㆍSupport on risk assessment activities
- ㆍCoordinate internal and external audit & assessment plans
- ㆍPerform quality audits & represent during regulatory inspections, industry, customer audits as required
- ㆍSupport on action plans, as per CAPA process
- ㆍDrive Customer KPIs awareness & support the leader of operation in reporting (e.g., Service Quality, Customer KPI LOGICS)
- ㆍMonitor and analyze Quality KPIs, investigate non-conformances, create & execute actions plans
- ㆍMaintain operation`s CAPA process to handle non-conformances (e.g, internal and external non-conformances, complaints)
- ㆍSupport on root cause analysis & advise on the prioritization of actions - Monitor & support operation on CAPA closure
- ㆍGauge the effectiveness of the CAPA by observing the findings recurrences

| 자격요건 ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상 ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑ - ㆍExperience of management/supervisory responsibility at site
- ㆍExperience in leading (non) specialists in technical and regulatory applications
- ㆍCredible with Operations staff in Gemba and Coaching activities
- ㆍExposure to acquisition of certifications and accreditations (e.g. ISO) and subsequent management of a quality system
- ㆍExperience and working knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and methodology
- ㆍFunctional expertise in other areas such as project work, development, change management etc. is preferred
- ㆍKnowledge on Quality Standards (Quality Manual, Policy & Objectives, Documented Information, CAPA, Training, SOP & WI, Audits & Assessments, Supplier Management, Communication, Performance Management, Management Review, Infrastructure, Management Responsibility, Customer Management, Continous Improvement)
- ㆍKnowledge on Problem Solving tools (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Whys)
- ㆍExperience and understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO13485 is desirable
- ㆍExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including good facilitation skills
- ㆍGood presentation and project management skills
- ㆍInterpersonal skills with the ability to express an opposing view effectively and diplomatically
- ㆍAbility to enter and process data to generate reports in a timely manner
- ㆍBasic computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, and word using applications such as Microsoft Office for tracking, analyzing, and communicating related data
- ㆍAbility to read and interpret technical documents and regulations
- ㆍAbility to be flexible and work effectively (deliver results) with a practical outlook within a dynamic matrix organization with minimal supervision
- ㆍEnglish for regional/global communication
