Sales Account Manager(CAD/CAM)

Hexagon's Production software in the manufacturing industry provides CAD for design, various CAM software for machining, and simulation software for verification to help ensure reliability and efficient work processes in the manufacturing industry
Job title: Sales Accountant Manager
Reporting to: Sales Lead, Production Software
Primary location: Seongnam(Pangyo), Korea
Objectives:
• Develop and manage key accounts in Korea in cooperation and coordination with other Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence divisions
• Develop and enhance Sales capability through all possible customers.
• Add value on Korea Sales team by cooperating sales colleagues and Technical Solution team.
• Nurture machine tool OEM partnerships to build cooperation for new business opportunities.
Job Dimensions:
The role is part of rebuilding and enhancing Sales capability of Hexagon Production Software Korea and is an integral part of achieving the company’s revenue growth targets. This role will necessitate helping the formation of strong business relationships across a range of account types.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues.
• Sales forecasting and in providing latest market information through salesforce.com
• A good understanding of manufacturing processes is required, with an appreciation of CAD/CAM or other engineering software
• Experience in coordination of pre-sales and post-sales engineering support
Responsibilities:
General Self-Management
• To develop positive relationships with the key stakeholders relevant to the business
• To ensure effective and appropriate communication at variable levels within the company
• Share product, market, competitor knowledge with colleagues and local management
• Ensure all activities comply with company procedures, standards and policies ensuring that the company’s image and reputation is maintained
Commercial
• To achieve targeted revenue and growth KPI’s
• Contribute towards the setting of business objectives
• Well understand strategies and implement it effectively for targeted business development and revenue growth
• Provide commercial support
• Instigate and execute specific marketing activities
• Provide feedback on market information together with customers’ product requirements
Education & Experience:
• BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with related industry experience.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in technical sales is preferred
• Potential and passionate candidates who want to build a career in sales are also welcome
• Channel sales experience is plus
• Relationships at machine tool companies: Doosan, Hyundai Wia, Hwacheon, Hanwha, etc
Knowledge/Skills/Attributes:
• Strong Client Relationship Management and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
• Ability to collaborate and work well with others
• Good understanding of finance and budget management
• Team player
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications and SFDC
• Able to travel extensively for business throughout the region
