Senior I4.0 & Automation Engineer(경력직)

*주요업무
Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall manufacturing objectives and I4.0framework.
project Planning and Execution and Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and work with project team to identify potential risks and roadblocks; ensure risk mitigation plans are in place.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to identify automation opportunities, define project scopes, and establish implementation plans.
Evaluate and select appropriate automation solutions, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and equipment.
Develop and implement data automation strategies to streamline production workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making processes.
Identify and analyze productivity bottlenecks in the manufacturing process and propose and implement automation solutions to optimize throughput and reduce cycle times.



*자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Technical field
+5 years of working experience in relevant working experience and knowledge in semiconductor industry
- Experience in project leading the implementation and integration of automation technologies, including robotics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and IoT devices, into the manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget.
- Capable of independently manage automation projects, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget.
- Experience in integrating new or legacy equipment’s for I4.0 automation purposes.
- Proven track record of ability to design, program, simulate, and test all automation implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
