Job Description

Sales Capabilities

o Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-oriented activities.
o Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned accounts.
o Responsible for direct legal quota.
o Promotes and sells products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informs customers of new product introductions.
o Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans.
o Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
o Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.
o Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities.
o Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies. Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.
o Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.

o BE/ME in Electronic /Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent education

o Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.

o Strong communication skills

o Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates

o Track record of successfully implementing new programs and approaches

o Works with customers and the industry solution groups to align customer solution plans and the Keysight roadmap

o Technical background with strong understanding of networking, datacenter operations within various industries is preferred
