Position: ZARA Communication Marketing Generalist
Reporting to : Head of Communication
Location : Seoul, Korea

The role is to contribute to communication strategy implementation by daily engagement with relevant stakeholders and partners for all INDITEX brands. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various marketing activities with a focus on offline events and owned media management. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams with strong understanding of fashion industry and retail business.

◆ ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY ◆
• Plan and execute marketing events including store openings, pop up, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Manage budget and timeline to ensure events are delivered on time within budget.
• Plan and implement strategies to effectively manage owned media channels, including Newsletter, APP push and Kakao channel aligned with brand guideline.
• Monitor and analyze data collected by Google Analytics to measure the result of owned media communication and optimize the performance accordingly.
• Create monthly reports for HQ and internal use.
• Maintain positive relationships and engage on daily basis with landlord to increase brand visibility.
• Stay updated on industry trend and best practices to continuously improve performance.

◆ REQUIREMENTS ◆
• Bachelor degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skill both in Korean and English
• Advanced OA skills
