담당업무 ㆍLead the entire sales process and activities, working closely with project operations,
   service organization, product groups, and the sales network
ㆍCustomize strategies to meet specific customer needs and leverage Valmet's business
   opportunities effectively
ㆍConduct thorough analyses of energy and process industries' markets and trends,
   with a focus on Valmet's automation solutions
ㆍServe as the primary communication point, overseeing customer care, and ensuring customer
   satisfaction with viable contract terms and conditions in a competitive business landscape
ㆍDrive sales of Valmet's automation solutions to energy and process industry projects,
   including both greenfield and brownfield projects, utilizing extensive market knowledge and
   proven expertise in control and monitoring systems such as DCS or PLC
ㆍDevelop and grow partner business by identifying, screening, validating, and managing
   partners sales activities
ㆍPrioritize customer relationship management, emphasizing the establishment and maintaining
   strong customer relationships and trust
ㆍManage in various sales related works, including participation in exhibitions and marketing
   activities, delivering customer presentations, preparing quotations, sales negotiations, and
   successfully closing sales cases, handing them over to project execution teams
자격요건 ㆍEngineering degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.) in Control, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
ㆍMinimum 7 years of relevant work experience
ㆍProven track record in sales, especially with DCS or PLC systems in EPC, end customers,
   and OEM customers
ㆍExperience in EPC project business sales, including proposal making and tendering process
   management, with knowledge in contractual terms and conditions based on end-customers’
   business understanding
ㆍGood understanding of energy & process automation markets, including power generation,
   waste-to-energy, biomass & renewable energy, biofuels, hydrogen, and oil & gas industries
ㆍCollaborative team player with a positive attitude
ㆍAbility to work independently to set tasks and manage priorities to reach the targets
ㆍHigh level of commitment, proactivity, and self-motivation
ㆍExcellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
ㆍProficiency in MS Office tools
ㆍFluency in English; Advanced/Native Korean skills are a must and other Asian languages skills
   are plus Availability for local and overseas travel
