The role.
As we continue to expand and innovate, we're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Marketing & Communication Assistant.
- Marketing & Communications Coordination: Support ongoing Marketing activities. Contribute to overall success of our Marketing & Communication strategy.
- Assist in planning and executing team events, meetings, and workshops.
- Take on miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned to support the smooth operation of the team.
- Administrative Support for Management: Support our Management in daily operational tasks and ensure support for addressed tasks.
- Help maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment as a central point of contact interface with Real Estate and other external partners.
Your profile.
- Working as part of a team in a regional (Korea) and international environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing is a must.
- Ability to multitask and strong analytical skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is a plus
