LH2 Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced LH2 Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a technically proficient individual with a strong background in cryogenic technology and a passion for driving sales in the clean energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Lead initiatives to develop and enhance our range of cryogenic pumps and related equipment, ensuring competitiveness and efficiency.
• Customer Feedback: Actively seek and incorporate feedback to improve product features and customer satisfaction.
• Proposal Management: Create detailed and compelling proposals that meet customer specifications and technical requirements.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies, including creating tools, presentations, brochures, and press releases.
• Support and Training: Provide technical and commercial support to global sales teams and distributors, and develop training materials to enhance sales knowledge and competence.
• Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Sales or engineering roles within the cryogenic or industrial gases industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cryogenic pumps and market, proficiency in rotating equipment, and familiarity with pricing strategies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
