Focusing on the Glen Grant brand building and communication through various event,engaged customers and target consumers at our key On -Off premise accounts.
Work with the RARE project,marketing & sales team to execute the on premise plans that flow from the brand plans
Job description:
Brand education and excellent communication skills with marketing & sales team
- Effectively represent Glen Grant via deep understanding of history, values, and unique selling point
well known as its Elegance, innovative distillation and commitment to excellence for quality.
- Strong communication skills with consumers on both on&off
- Lead digital communication campaign cooperating with Brand managers
- Support the activation of the On Premise & off premise
- Seed “incubate” brands amongst trend setters in key targeted accounts
- Educate bartenders and bar managers on TB portfolio including product attributes, history pricing and usage
- Educate TB employees on TB portfolio including product attributes, history and usage
- Educate consumers through public consumer facing events
- Activate brand specific signature drinks
- Consumer focused events within top end of on premise
- Support brand activation at trade and consumer events
- Work closely with BMs and Sales team to build TB volume and share in key accounts
Key relationship
Internal: Reports to CCM director, the Brand Ambassador will be a key member of CCM team and will have an informal reporting relationship to Brand managers and collaboration with BM team & RARE team.
The BA will also support the on-premise team and Wholsaler team in developing key customer relationships.
External: customers & consumers
Experience Required:
Liquor Industry experience essential, with strong consumer communication and both KOL & trade education
Knowledge of the Liquor industry and communication guidelines
Strong relationships with key communities and KOL
Skills:
Excellent understanding for digital communication platform such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook
Expertise in whisky category
Excellent tone and manner to deliver key brand benefit
Ability to convey passion for our brands
Ability to network and build strong relationships
Brand and consumer focused
Industry knowledge of international brands & competitors
Awareness of local and global market and consumer trends
Public Speaking and presentation skills
Training & education Skills
