Job Description
The Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) role is dynamic
and cross-functional. CQE’s interact at multiple levels and with multiple
contact points within the Customer, Entegris and Supplier organizations. This
role is high impact, high output and high visibility that requires a
calm-assertive demeanor and capability to manage multiple ever-changing
priorities. Within this role, the PACE value competencies are regularly
required for success.
Job Overview: Entegris is seeking a Customer Quality Engineering (CQE)
for the Suwon, Korea location. The Customer Quality Engineering (CQE)
will work with customer based, collaborating closely with internal and external
customers. (MS_DES/DPS divisional products) · MS (Material Solution) will be dedicated to support a
semiconductor industry leading IDM and primarily Advanced Deposition Materials
(especially for Project Viking/Moly), Specialty Gasses and CMP Products (Pad
Conditioners, Brushes, Formulated Cleans). (LMC divisional products)
- · LMC
(Liquid Micro-contamination Control) will be dedicated to support a
semiconductor industry leading
IDM and primarily for liquid filter
product.
Responsibilities:
- · Participate
in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on
Problem Solving,
Change Management, Customer and Internal Audits, Project
Development, Product Support and Development Programs as well as many
other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris
and Customer goals.
- · Be
part of a global team that is designed to improve success of Entegris with
our customers.
- · Collaborate
with cross-functional teams at varying levels and varying degrees of
complexity across a vast
range of products, regions and companies.

Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities,
Education, Experience)
- · Bachelor
of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electric/Electronic
Engineering; or related
technical field preferred
- · Experience
in a quality role for a semiconductor CVD, Implant or CMP materials
manufacturer, customer
quality engineer experience or CVD, Implant or CMP
OEM process engineering / product support role, in the semiconductor
industry that includes customer facing experience.
- · Experience
with applicable quality tools such as pareto, FMEA’s, SPC/SQC, histograms,
trend analysis,
process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect
diagrams, 8D problem solving methodology.
- · Experience
working from home and remotely collaborating with colleagues, customers
and suppliers in
virtual meetings is beneficial.
- · Ability
to travel 10% to 50% (in the post-COVID era)
