Job Description:

As the Global Sales Assistant Manager at AXIS-Y, you will be responsible for extending our global reach, identifying and researching potential clients in new and existing markets while driving sustainable financial growth, boosting sales and forging strong relationships with our partners.

Main Responsibilities:

B2B Business Development

● Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, or new ways of reaching existing markets.

● Independently develop strategic territory plan to achieve and/or exceed sales objectives and goals.

● Design various innovative strategies to increase sales for new product launches.

● Develops business presentations and trade decks for new potential distributors across assigned territories.

● Create and manage invoices for respective territories.

● Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.

● Manage and maintain pricing structure in respective regions.

Marketing

●Proactively looks for ways of increasing brand awareness and conversion via co-marketing activities with distributors within the given territories in online and offline channels.

● Helps with planning, execution, and assistance to local and international industry events.

Logistics

● Manage and tracks the logistics and shipping process for all distributors purchase orders with the warehouse staff and third parties.

Travel

● Domestic and international travel required for international business development, assisting in company branch setup and local staff training.

Guidelines for Applicants:

● English (business level)

● Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with preferably over 3 years of work experience

● Solid organisational and strategic planning skills.

● Are able and willing to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
