직무 설명/ Job Description
1. 시장 분석- 한국 시장, 카테고리, 유저, 이커머스 플랫폼 관련 연구 수행- 한국 거시정책 및 컴플라이언스(규정 준수) 전략에 대한 분석 진행- 내부 팀 조직 및 시장 분석 보고서 작성
2. 유저 연구/전략 수립- 소비 트랜드 및 유저 습관 연구- 플랫폼 데이터 및 방향을 기반으로 한 전략 및 카테고리 계획 수립 지원 및 실행
3. 파트너사 발굴 - 사업 기회 및 한국 파트너(공급업체/판매자 등) 발굴- 파트너 관계 구축 및 파트너 운영 실적 관리
4. 데이터 분석 - 비즈니스 인텔리전스 팀과의 협력을 통한 비즈니스 전략 관련 데이터 지원- 데일리 데이터 모니터링 시스템 및 분석 방법론 구축5. 리소스 배분- 내부 리소스 조정 및 리소스 배분 시스템 구축- 플랫폼 팀과의 협력을 통한 제품과 리소스의 효과적인 연결 시행- 효율 성과 모니터링 및 업무 목표 달성

1. Conduct research and analysis on the Korean market, categories, users, and e-commerce platforms; gain in-depth understanding of Korean macro policies and compliance strategies; coordinate internal teams and produce market analysis reports.
2. Explore consumption trends and user habits, provide support for strategy formulation and category planning by taking into account platform data and platform direction, as well as promote the implementation and execution of category initiatives.
3. Identify business opportunities and qualified Korean partners (vendors/suppliers/sellers), build partner relationship and manage partner operation performance.
4. Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to provide data support for business strategy formulation, establish a daily data monitoring system and analytical methodology.
5. Coordinate internal resources, establish a resource allocation system, collaborate with the platform center team to ensure effective docking of products and resources, monitor efficiency and performance, to achieve business objectives.

자격/ Qualification
1. 소매/이커머스 기업 신선식품 MD 경력 8년 이상. 이커머스 산업에 익숙하고 한국 시장에 대한 깊은 이해와 명확한 통찰력 보유, 데이터 기반 사고와 체계적 사고에 능숙한 자
2. 판매자/파트너로부터의 신선식품 소싱 노하우를 보유하고 있으며 플랫폼 카테고리 전략을 수립할 수 있는 자
3. 리소스를 종합적으로 이용할 수 있는 능력 및 시장 또는 업계 분석 능력을 보유한 자
4. 비즈니스 감각 및 부서 간 협력, 의사소통 능력을 갖추고, 다양한 리소스 정보를 통합하여 해결 방안을 제시하며 시행할 수 있는 능력을 가진 자
5. 데이터 분석 능력, 업무에 대한 체계적인 이해와 통찰력을 보유한 자
6. 뛰어난 한국어 및 영어 의사소통 능력(비즈니스 수준)
7. 스타트업 환경 및 불확실한 비즈니스 환경에서의 업무 능력 및 의지가 있는 자

1. 8+ years’ experience and proven background as fresh food MD in retail or ecommerce companies, and be familiar with the e-commerce industry, have profound understanding and clear insights on the Korean market, equipped with a data-driven mindset and systematic thinking.
2.Possess Know-how on seller/partner sourcing Fresh food categories in Korean market, formulate platform category strategy.
3. Ability to comprehensively utilize resources, with strong market or industry analysis skills.
4.Possess good business sense with critical thinking, excellent cross-departmental coordination and communication skills, able to propose solutions and complete execution by consolidating information from multiple resources.
5.Proficient in data analysis and deep dive, displays strong capability to summarize methodology, have a systematic understanding and insights on the business.
6.Strong verbal and written communication skills (business level) in both Korean and English.
7,Willingness to work in start-up mode, ability to operate highly ambiguous business environment.
