모집부문 및 상세내용

What You'll Do 
ㆍIncrease market share and revenue by identifying new business opportunities
ㆍEstablish productive & professional relationships with customers
ㆍDevelops and implement an agreed-upon regional plan which will meet the business goals of increasing sales to the customers and improving customer satisfaction
ㆍREQ Study, Techno Commercial Offer submission, Negotiate and close agreements with customers' Requirements
ㆍIncrease market share and revenue by identifying new business opportunities
ㆍMonitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
ㆍPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
ㆍOffering feedback on future product development, features, and functions
ㆍHelp and assist to make a budget and strategic plan for the Korea business based on a business plan, prepare a sales strategy in the market, and ensure attainment of sales targets and profitabililty
ㆍPerform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
ㆍImplement action plan for penetration into new markets with Demo/Trails/Technical presentations
ㆍEnsure that the sales personnel are effectively trained and competent to handle the demands of the customer
ㆍCoordinate with other departments to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations
ㆍParticipate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and promote our products and services
ㆍStay current with industry trends and technologies, and provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and preferences
ㆍManage the budget for the sales team, ensuring that expenses are managed effctively

Who You are:
ㆍMinimum 10yrs of sales experience in Automotive or Industrial industry including Heavy industries, Ship buildings are advantageous.
ㆍExperience in metal fasteners and hardware is a preferred.
ㆍSelf-motivated, Customer focused, Strong negotiation and communication skills.
ㆍGood skills in English.
ㆍCAD program knowledge is an advantage. (CATIA)
ㆍStrong selling and negotiation skills.
ㆍGood communication, negotiation, selling and coordinating skillss.
ㆍGood sevice mind with stress tolerance and able to work as a team.
​ㆍHands-on report writing and data analysis skills.
ㆍDriving License.
