Reporting to Brand Marketing director, Having extensive brand management skills including developing and
executing brand stratigies and P&L responsibility, Consumer marketing and strategic annual planning for the
brands. – Prefer Experience in alcohol industry, especially brown spirit category and luxury brand & High end
Consumer marketing background
Requiring a strategic thinker with a strong background in brand management, excellent analytical skills,
and the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Job description ㆍBrand Management and excellent communication skills to lead cross-functional
    teams
담당업무 ㆍDevelop and implement brand strategies aligned with company objectives
ㆍManage P&L by achieving volume and profit target. (P&L management by products)
ㆍSet Annual Budget and Brand plan
ㆍDevelop and drive initiatives related to brand and consumer
ㆍCommunicate with Brand partners
    (forecast, marketing activity and execution global campaigns)
ㆍLead to develop and execute effective consumer communications
ㆍManage and monitor all marketing activities for achieving brand plan successfully.
ㆍCommunicate and coordinate properly with sales team and head office to get high
    goal.
ㆍExecute the global / regional marketing campaign aligned with global guidelines
    and local needs
ㆍLead new product development initiatives from concept to launch
Experience &
Education		 ㆍBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Skills)		 ㆍProven track record of successful brand strategy development and execution
ㆍStrong understanding of consumer behavior and market research methodologies
ㆍStrong leadership and team management skills
ㆍEnergetic, confident, self-motivated and ability to handle multiple / diverse tasks
ㆍExceptional presentation, communication and negotiation skills
ㆍHigh or mid competency in spoken and written English
