Roles & Responsibilities
[Step-by-Step Job Responsibilities]
Initial Phase:
- • Manage the operation and processing of transfers for SentBe's transfer service
- • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries related to transfer through various channels (chat, phone, email)
- • Propose solutions for managing customer experience and enhancing satisfaction
Growth Phase:
- • Design and implement customer experience (CX) strategies, continuously evaluating and improving performance
- • Improve systems and processes to enhance customer service (CS) efficiency
- • Develop strategies for lead generation and identifying potential customers
- • Foster synergy within the organization and successfully drive projects by closely collaborating with various departments
Requirements
- • Education: Associate degree or higher
- • Experience in customer consultation
- • Experience in multitasking across various customer service roles
- • Strong customer service mindset
- • No restrictions on international travel or business trips
