• Employment Type: Full-time (3-month probation period, full salary during probation)

Roles & Responsibilities

[Step-by-Step Job Responsibilities]

Initial Phase:

  • Manage the operation and processing of transfers for SentBe's transfer service
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries related to transfer through various channels (chat, phone, email)
  • Propose solutions for managing customer experience and enhancing satisfaction


Growth Phase:

  • Design and implement customer experience (CX) strategies, continuously evaluating and improving performance
  • Improve systems and processes to enhance customer service (CS) efficiency
  • Develop strategies for lead generation and identifying potential customers
  • Foster synergy within the organization and successfully drive projects by closely collaborating with various departments

 

Requirements

  • Education: Associate degree or higher
  • Experience in customer consultation
  • Experience in multitasking across various customer service roles
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • No restrictions on international travel or business trips

Salary and Working Conditions

  • Work Type : Full-time
  • Working hours : 10:00~19:00 / Mon - Fri (May include weekends)
