주요업무

• 지원자는 컴퓨터 사이언스 학사 학위 또는 이와 동등한 분야의 전공자
• 8년 이상의 실제 경험 보유자.
• CCIE (R&S, DC) 역할 및 책임
• 리포트된 프로덕트 및 다양한 네트워크 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 고객 지원.
• Production network에서 네트워크 보안 관련 문제를 해결.
• Lab environment에서 고객 이슈를 replicate.
• 엔지니어링 팀과 협력하여 고객 이슈를 replicate하고 가능한 해결책 테스트.
• 다양한 범위의 문제에 대해 작업.
• 부하 직원 및 기타 팀원을 위한 knowledge article 작성.
• bash/python script작성 능력(우대조건)
• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience. • CCIE (R&S, DC) Roles & responsibilities
• Hands on experience on LAN Switching, Wireless, Architecture, NMS, DNA Center, RP(Routing Protocol) and SDWAN.
• Expertise in troubleshooting network security issues (IPsec, SSL vpns, Authentication, Captive portal, AV, IPS, Radius, ACLs, Web Proxy, DNS Proxy, Cloud security).
• ROUTING, OSPF & BGP, MPLS, Instance concept, L3VPN.
• TCP/IP protocol suite, SFW, NGFW, QoS.
• Understanding of PPPoE, DHCP and GRE tunnelling.
• Understanding of SDWAN deployments is a plus.
• Good understanding of various NATTING deployments and design.
• Basic understanding of hardware level troubleshooting and system level troubleshooting.
• Well verse with ticketing related process.
• scripting (bash/python/perl) knowledge is a plus.
• Cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP deployments) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environment.
• Good understanding of Virtualization and related technologies.

• Experience in troubleshooting complex networking and security related issue in production deployments.
• The Ideal candidate will be an individual contributor, who is a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Should be able to handle calls with the production customers while troubleshooting their network issues.
• Commitment to customer delight is a must.

• Prior experience of working with TAC environment will be a plus.
