Core Functional Responsibilities
· Identify business opportunities and provide excellent financial solutions to clients in order to maximize department’s performance and achieve business target;
· Perform new client acquisitions, develop comprehensive account plans and maintain excellent relationships with major clients;
· Manage and actively participate in banking products marketing and provide professional financial advice to clients;
· Develop and maintain business relationship with corporate and financial institutions clients;
· Prepare thorough financial analysis and credit proposals in accordance to the Bank’s guideline;
· Monitor and maintain the assigned client portfolio to minimize credit risk; · Other works directed by the bank;
Experience / Skill Guideline · Degree holder in finance or related disciplines with 10~15 years’ commercial / corporate banking experience gained from local commercial / international banking environment;
· A proven track record in sales and client relationship building to large corporates and/or financial institutions clients;
· Strong banking product knowledge including plain vanilla loan, syndication loan, trade finance, structured finance, treasury, investment products and deposit;
· Seasoned credit professional with strong analytical, credit analysis and risk management skills;
· Strong report-writing capabilities on business, financial analysis, industry study and financial modeling etc.;
· Good forward planning and result-oriented;
· Good command of spoken and written English with strong presentation skills, Chinese Mandarin speaking is preferred but not mandatory.
