for Short-form Drama Platform, Vigloo

[Team Introduction] Introducing the Team Vigloo

You'll be a part of Spoon Radio's new venture into the short-form drama content platform, Vigloo, launched in July 2024.

• A video platform where you can enjoy short-form dramas of approximately 2 minutes, launched globally in 7 languages.
• Exclusive high-quality K-drama short-form content spanning various genres such as romance, mystery thrillers, and entertainment.
• Efforts are underway to provide short-from drama content produced in Korea, Japan, and the United States.

[What You Will Do]

• Plan new content to achieve significant key metric growth.
• Find outstanding new production partners within the United States.
• Quickly read and analyze synopses and treatments provided by the production partners, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
• Communicate smoothly with the production partners to create high-quality content.
• Understand and analyze user preferences through monitoring content reviews and viewing times.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content improvement.
• Ensure high-quality content by inspecting subtitles, video quality, and other elements.

 

[Basic Qualifications]

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Film Production, Media, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in video production, with at least three years of experience in the digital media or OTT industry.
• High understanding of video production techniques and the editing process.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze content performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve quality.
• Strong logical decision-making and quick problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work from the Seoul office(near Gangnam Station) or in Los Angeles(Remotely).
• For residents of the United States, participation in a one-month onboarding orientation in Seoul is mandatory.

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience in collaborating with production agencies and managing external partnerships.
• Strong background knowledge of the OTT industry and a good understanding of new trends and technologies.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and video editing software.
• Proficiency in English or a second foreign language.

Spoon Radio's HR and US Content Manager will thoroughly review your resume.

• 1st Interview

You will have a 1-hour interview with the Spoon Radio US Content Manager.

You can choose to have an in-person interview or a remote interview.

The interview will be conducted in English.

• 2nd Interview

You will have a 1-hour culture fit interview with the Spoon Radio HR Manager.

You can choose to have an in-person interview or a remote interview.

The interview will be conducted in English and Korean, with an interpreter present if necessary.

2nd and 3rd interviews will be conducted consecutively in a single day.

• 3rd Interview

You will have a 1-hour interview with the CEO of Spoon Radio.

You can choose to have an in-person interview or a remote interview.

The interview will be conducted in English and Korean, with an interpreter present if necessary.
