APAC Business Partner Analyst

The Role:

Reporting to the Finance Director (Business Partner) for APAC Worldpanel, you will provide a range of support to the APAC KWP team. This might include financial analysis, project management, budget/ forecasts, executing transactional workstream, administrative matters and delivering a range of outcomes. The role will play an integral part in the budgeting and forecasting processes, actuals, compliance, system management, etc.

Key accountabilities:
• Financial analysis on performance against target
• Track and report through to savings and benefits realisation
• Assist business team on contract reviews, mainly focus on commercial terms
• Lead local reporting unit Budget, Forecast process and ensure a smooth submission with deliverables
• Purchase Order analysis to support decisions on operation deliveries, including management of PO/invoice process
• Support in establishment and management of project reporting, monitoring, budgets, and governance within countries
• Collaborate with business team in best way to drive efficient and meaningful reporting
• Collate information, running and delivering routine and adhoc analysis and reports, where not available
• Support client collection

Skill Requirements
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Finance and Accounting
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
• At least intermediate Excel skills (Pivots, Vlookup, etc)
• Flexible and ability to multi-task in conflicting time pressures
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Experience with One Stream/ Maconomy financial management system would be an advantage
