Sales Engineer(Fluid Connector)
Position Summary:
• Responsible for FCG products sales to distributon and targeted OEM
for profitable growth
(Samsung, Hynix and Tier 1
Suppliers such as TES,SEMES,SEMICS,PSK,Wonink & others)
• Responsible for profitable sales growth of FCG products through
premier customer service, new products, cross sales and new channel development
to existing and new customers.
• Develop strong distribution channel to grow Semiconductor market
Scope/Supervision & Interaction
• Develop profitable growth strategies with regard to new distribution
channel, new accounts, new business opportunities
• Work closely with Group/Division for supporting market/customer needs
• Communicating and participate in developing program relative with
Oversea division.
Essential Functions:
• Research market trends/information and competitors climate to analyze
the current/future market situation
• Develop & implement business plan for Semiconductor market to
secure profitable share gain
• Develop new business/accounts opportunity
• Monthly and Quarterly reporting for Semiconductor’s
application/products mapping by all of customers based on new/on-going projects
• Call to core team meeting with internal/external customers to achieve
business plan
• Produces new ideas, approaches, or insights ; creates innovative
products for business growthContinually seek to promote new product ideas and
applications as a basis for increasing profitable sales to new or existing
customers
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering major is
preferred
• Min. 3 years sales
engineering experience in the Semiconductor market
• Need more marketing and business development background
• Project management skills
• Build and maintain relationship w/ key person of the customers side
in Semiconductor market
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Positive Thinking and Proactive Mind
