[General Description]
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing a variety of routine and manual duties related to receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
They work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.

[Specific Accountabilities]
- Receive, unload, and store incoming products and materials
- Pick and fill orders from stock, packing and shipping products to customers or other warehouse locations
- Use handheld devices to track and manage inventory, including cycle counting and data entry
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient storage of goods
- Communicate with team members and management regarding inventory levels, order status, and any issues that arise
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

[Skills Required]
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others

[Experience and Qualifications]
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
- Certification in operating material handling equipment (e.g. forklift) preferred but not required
- Proficient in writing/reading emails in English.
