Quality Engineer (QA)화성
Job
Responsibility:
1.
Work with ME & Engineering to
develop PFMEA and regular review to decrease RPN continually.
2. Create
process CP to make sure critical product & process characteristics
identified and under control.
3. Perform
first article inspection to reduce the risk of mass quality accident.
4. Monitor
the process FPY and drive continual improvement.
5. SPC
control of critical characteristics and improve the process capability CPK to
be robust.
6. Raw data
management skill & experience to analyze quality matters and also
initiate improvement
activities.
7. Manage
the outgoing inspection to prevent poor quality product flowing to customer
side.
8. Strongly
awareness of identifying nonconforming and issue CAR to drive continual
& effective
improvement.
9. Collect
process nonconforming data and analyze to identify any improvement opportunity.
10. Monitor
process to be operated in standardized instruction by performing regular audit.
11.
Identifies quality performance, trends and corrective action by coordinating
with customers and
suppliers.
12. Collect
COPQ data and continual improvement.
13. Other
process improvement activity like QCC, 6 Sigma project etc.
14. Ensures
compliance to specified quality requirements by performing in-house and
supplier audits and
surveys.
15. Develops
and initiates programs to improve supplier performance and quality management.
16. Leads
and supports 6 sigma projects to continuously improve products and processes.
17. Assign
and prioritize team member tasks.
Qualifications:
1.
Mechanical engineering or material engineering background.
2. At least
4-year process quality assurance experience or related quality field in
manufacture company.
3. Familiar
with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards, skilled at process audit.
4.
Proficient in quality tools: PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, control plan, etc.
5. Strong
problem-solving skills, such as 8D,5WHY, etc.
6. Any
experience of 6 sigma will be preferred
7. Supplier
quality management experience is required.
8. Proactive
& positive thinking/working style.
9. Good
English communication skills; Positive interpersonal skills to support working
with different cultures
is
preferred.
10. Work in
fast paced, collaborative team environment.
