Responsibilities:

Deliver precise, consistent, and timely analysis and reports. Oversee operational accounting to guarantee timely transactions, accurate standard costing, and effective inventory management. Ensure the high-quality and timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. (40%)
Actively engage in the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes. Complete budgets and forecasts on time and with high quality. Collaborate with the local management team to achieve targets and drive operational excellence initiatives. (25%)
Collaborate with the local management team to support effective business decisions and provide financial analysis. Assist with operational initiatives and projects. Provide the latest financial estimates to regional finance, closely monitor business unit financial performance, and offer professional recommendations. (15%)
Lead the local finance team and ensure adequate support for financial accounting and reporting. Ensure the timely and quality completion of tasks such as accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, treasury, and tax. (10%)
Support both external and internal audit requests. (10%)


Qualifications:
​You will work in Anyang, Gyeonggi Province.

• BS and above in Accounting / Finance
• 5+ years related working experience in large multi-plant manufacturing companies, including 2+ years with supervisor cost accounting responsibilities.
• Solid understanding and experience in standard costing and financial planning & analysis
• Good command of English or Chines
• Experience of Peoplesoft / Hyperion / SAP is preferred
