[ASML] Customer Order Operation Specialist (~7/3)

Customer Order Operation Specialist performs sales operation for system and option (Order booking, process analysis and improvement, global alignment). Responsibilities: • Sales order booking in SAP based on approved PO and quotation. • Update BOM (Bill of Materials) configuration in sales order. • Analysis and provide process solution for new customer demand. • Continuous improvement for end to end (quotation to cash, order to financial flow) process. • XFT binding (SOX control for compliance before shipment). • Internal project support (ex. SAP, internal tool project). • Hot Line management (stakeholder communication; first contact point for internal stakeholders). • Order booking for global all customers.

Education and experience: 
• Bachelor degree with experiences in a similar role (preferred major: Finance/Accountancy). • 3~7 years of equivalent experience.

Personal Skills: • Strengthen on Accuracy to handle business critical document. • Fluent in English is a plus. • Good to have experience in order operation or Finance. • Experience in SAP. • Fast learner and smart sense to validate key point of business.
