[리테일/물류] Warehouse & Logistics Manager

A multinational luxury brand is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager. The qualified candidate will be managing daily operations and collaborating with third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage general warehouse operations in collaboration with 3PL, representing the company's interest
• Monitor warehouse activities to ensure optimal services and lead times for stores and clients
• Work closely with warehouse 3PL to improve productivity and reliability while maintaining high inventory quality
• Take ownership of logistics systems, actively seeking and implementing new techniques to improve logistics efficiency and visibility
• Manage reverse logistics processes, regularly review return policies, and assess opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and brand protection
• Drive business growth by securing new contracts, analysing logistical challenges, and proposing innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6-10 years of warehouse management for B2B and B2C
• Experience in 3PL implementation
• Prior experience in leading large projects
• Strong understanding of Lean, project management, and change management concepts
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent level English
