## 담당업무
IT End User Support
 -Helpdesk service ensuring incidents & problems are responded to and actioned accordingly based on SLA's and expectations by collaborating with HK HQ.
-Desktop support and 2nd level support to users on all IT software and hardware issues, including mobile devices, PCs, applications, video conference device related issues.
-End user training for IT hardware/software
-End user business applications support
-Local and occasional offsite meeting and event support. 
-Accountable for monitoring and improving user satisfaction 

IT Operation Management & Support 
-IT Asset Management (inventory management, status update, procurement, disposal)
-IT vendor management for procurement 
-Coordinating and updating IT operations document and manual 
-Desktop patch management in line with global Policy
-IT Infrastructure management incl. LAN, WLAN, IT hardware
-IT infrastructure related vendor management
-Assist to implement enterprise IT projects to meet business demand.
-Support General Affairs(GA) : Provide neat office environment and purchasing office supplies 

## 자격요건
-At least 1 years of IT support experience, preferably gained in sizeable companies and infrastructure(IT전공자는 신입도 지원가능)
-Degree or equivalent in IT or related discipline
-Hands on experience in LAN support, PC problem diagnosis and end user support
-Familiar with PC hardware and software knowledge (Windows/MAC & Microsoft Office/O365, Antivirus, iOS/ Android mobile phone and tablet)
-Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing) and security
-Positive attitude, helping nature, self-motivated, good problem-solving capabilities, detail-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work under pressure and accept challenges
-Working command in English.(e-mail, phone)
