Equipment Engineer

Introduction to the jobResponsible for the new equipment installation, uptime, repair, and maintenance of complex equipment in a multi-faceted manufacturing environment.
You will be a key technical, and maintenance engineer for DUV module production, works in a cross-functional team with manufacture engineer and technicians to optimize the technologies and product equipment.
Role and responsibilities•Repair and maintenance of complex equipment in a manufacturing environment; Diverse DUV laser modules production equipment.•Install and manage new equipment in a manufacturing line. •Ability to troubleshoot, identify and correct problems in complex software-driven electronic systems.•Must be able to work safely and follow policies and procedures in an industrial environment under minimal supervision.•Utilize data to improve equipment reliability and stable processes.•Creating, maintaining, and monitoring work schedules with clearly defined priorities.•Verification & validation testing.•Conducting risk analysis and report finding’s ability to analyze complex system, identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.

Education: Bachelors’ degree in technical field - Preferred Major: Electronics, Electric engineering, Mechatronics or comparable.
Work Experience: •5 (at least) ~10 years of relevant, work-related experience.•Practical experience with LabVIEW of National Instruments and PLC program exp is high required.; Practical experience with diverse software (ex. C++) is also preferred. •Practical experience with laser systems, either in manufacturing or laboratory environments is highly desirable.•Experience in troubleshooting electronics, mechanical parts, excimer laser, complex equipment, etc.•Demonstrated ability to acquire and analyze data from a variety of source.
Skills:•Deep understanding of software principles, designs/architecture, and practices.•Knowledge and experience of test automation framework and tools.•Strong manufacturing operation acumen.•Computer proficiency with MS Outlook 365 applications, with knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP system.•Written and oral communication skills in Korean and English.•Effective at planned maintenance, continuous optimization to identify and implement to improve tool availability.•Knowledge and experience of test automation framework and tools.•Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.
