Position:  SkinCare Sr. Marketer[과~차장급]

1. Job Description;

• Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create strategies for the short, medium, and long term for the skincare portfolio, take charge of skincare product development, and support new product launches by identifying opportunities in the market.

  • Develop profitable brands and new products that resonate with consumers:

  1)     Spearhead product/packaging innovation.

  2)     Ensure a balanced and consistent innovation pipeline.

  3)     Lead cross-functional efforts for new product/packaging initiatives (new technology, new brand, etc.).

  4)     Lead the development of naming and launch plans.

  5)     Define learning needs and required market research.

  • Develop valuable solution programs to provide a relevant and integrated approach for engaging customer's prospects, and customers in the Beauty business. 

  • Establish and execute multi-year brand/marketing plans, encompassing:

  1)     Category/portfolio planning, including discontinuation of underperforming brands/products.

  2)     Brand positioning/claims development.

  3)     Integrated marketing campaign assets development (advertising, media, packaging, PR).

  4)     Product pricing strategies.

  • Extensive collaboration with cross-functional areas including Markets, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulation, Creative, Procurement, Digital & IT, PR & Social communication, etc.

   

  
  Requirements :

  • Good knowledge Skincare category

  • Excellent in marketing strategy set-up and execution.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Passionate about creativity and effective strategy implementation.

  • Insight into consumer needs and behaviors.

  • Demonstrated expertise in skincare brand management principles and practices.

  • Profound understanding of skincare brand strategy development.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
