[주요 업무]

1.     After-sales Service Center operations in B2B (B2C) Category

2.     Routine operations: KPI management, observe daily capabilities and flexible allocation

3.     Setup standard operation procedure and its management to align actual operation with the Standard

4.     Analyze customer voice and establish mitigation plan against various customer needs or Requests

5.     A/S Related Program Operations

6.     Develop long/short term service program and its operation

7.     Continuously monitor the quality of machines

8.     Data analysis and publish technical report

[자격 요건]

1.      3~10 years experience in the field of machine repair operations

2.      University/Technical graduate or equivalent (preferred Mechanical/ Electronic/ Industrial Engineering but not mandatory)

3.      AS 센터 경험 필수

4.      Business English

5.      Familiar with MS office (Excel, Outlook)

6.      Experience in the field of coffee machine/kitchen appliance is a plus
