담당업무

• ㆍ스튜디오에 오신 손님들을 환영하며, 긍정적이고 따뜻한 첫인상을 만듭니다
  

  • ㆍ스튜디오 투어, NDA 서명, 전화 응대, 우편 처리 등을 담당합니다
  • ㆍIT팀이 재택장비를 발송하고 반납받는 업무를 지원합니다
  • ㆍ회의실 및 스크리닝룸 셋업을 보조합니다
  • ㆍ시설 문제, 해결방안, 커피용품, 케이터링 등에 대한 건물 관리 및 계약업체와의 소통을 담당합니다
  • ㆍ스튜디오를 관리하고 청결을 유지합니다
  • ㆍ가구를 포함한 사무실 재고를 관리합니다
  • ㆍ사무실 소모품을 관리하고 퍼실리티 창고를 관리합니다
  • ㆍ물류 등 이사와 배송 관련 업무를 보조합니다
  • ㆍ이벤트를 기획하고 관리합니다
  • ㆍIT와 협력하여 비즈니스 운영을 지원합니다. (신규 입/퇴사자 관리 및 직원 문의 지원)
  • ㆍ한국인 직원들에 대한 POC 역할을 맡게 됩니다
  • ㆍ인사 및 채용 부서에 인터뷰 예약, 입사 절차 및 다양한 행정업무 등을 보조 지원합니다
  • ㆍ출장 및 호텔, 비행기 예약을 보조합니다
  • ㆍ기존 및 새로운 워크플로우에 대한 문서를 작성하고 관리합니다
  • ㆍ기타 다양한 보고 및 트래킹 업무를 담당합니다
  • ㆍ원문에 대한 내용, 맥락, 어조를 유지하며 다른 언어로 다양한 문서를 번역합니다
  • ㆍ​비즈니스 미팅 및 이벤트, 인터뷰를 위한 객관적이고 정확한 통역을 보조합니다.

    • 학사 졸업자

    선호하는 자격
    

    • 동일 산업 경험자 우대
    • 게임 스튜디오, 이벤트 기획 및 물류 관련 보조 경험자 우대
    • 한국어 및 영어 능통자 우대
    • 퍼실리티/기업 서비스/관리 직무 경험이 있는자
    • Google Suite, ShotGrid, monday.com, confluence, JIRA와 같은 소프트웨어 경험자
    
    

    Working as a Facility Assistant at Scanline VFX/Eyeline Studios in Seoul, no two days are the same. For you, variety is the spice of life and you are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, collaborate across many departments and groups.

    
    Expect to partner with HR, Recruiting, and our IT teams where we strive for success in a fast-paced and fast-shifting environment. It’s a position that requires you to think on your feet and take initiative to learn new things quickly. You will be working on-site to support our studio business operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    
    

    • ㆍCreates a positive, welcoming first impression by greeting guests at the Studio
    • ㆍReception duties i.e. studio tours, signing of NDA’s, answers phone calls, incoming mail etc
    • ㆍAssists IT in remote kit shipment and return
    • ㆍSets up meeting, conference and screening rooms
    • ㆍSupport desk booking and attendance optimization
    • ㆍLiaising with building management, contractors and various other vendors for any facility issues, improvements, coffee services, supplies, catering, etc
    • ㆍEnsures that the studio cleanliness and organization are maintained
    • ㆍManaging office inventory including furniture
    • ㆍManaging office consumable
    • ㆍFacility storage management 
    • ㆍMove and delivery coordination, including Logistics
    • ㆍEvent organization and management
    • ㆍWorks with IT to support business operations (New hires, Exits, Employee support)
    • ㆍFacility point of contact for all Korea Employees
    • ㆍAssists HR and Recruiting on various tasks/projects such as interview booking, on-boarding, and various administrative duties
    • ㆍTravel and hotel bookings
    • ㆍCreate and maintain Confluence documentation about existing and new workflows
    • ㆍOther various reporting and tracking
    • ㆍTranslate a variety of documents from one language to another, while maintaining the content, context, and tone of the original text
    • ㆍInterpret for business meetings, interviews and events, conveying the message accurately and objectively
