[외국계 유명 패션기업] Logistics Specialist 채용(3년이상)

Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The position is responsible for logistics operations of 1 or 2 fashion brands Korea.
 

Inbound Management
o   Coordinating inbound shipments to meet on product launching plan
o   Performing analysis on freight cost to determine optimized shipment mode
o   Monitoring vendor (Shipment) compliance
o   Managing shipment discrepancy
o   Re-posting missing ASN to warehouse on time
 
Customs Clearance
o   Managing customs clearance to ensure 100% compliance in Korea regulations and acts
o   Coordinating applying FTA
o   HTS classification
o   Import requirement preparation of non-commercial goods for marketing/PR, fixture for open and renovation stores 
 
Inventory Management
o   Managing inventory discrepancy to ensure 0% loss in the warehouse
o   Inventory adjustment in system
o   Write off and destruction
o   Aging stock management 
 
3PL Management
o   Priority management
o   Issue resolution
o   Cost management
 
Etc.
o   Developing and maintaining Standard Operation Procedures
o   Payment request (PR) for logistics cost
o   Month Closing for all Vendors
o   Logistics project support (e.g. SAP migration, E-com business execution) 
o   Coordinating product master and label tag price update or change 
 
 
Qualifications include:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years work experience
2. Experience in fashion/luxury/retail industry/multinational company preferred
3. Strong and clear communication skills verbally and in writing both Korean and English
4. Connecting and interpersonal skills, build strong relationships and communicate effectively with related stakeholders
5. Positive, proactive and can-do approach
6. Highly proficient in MS Office programs
7. SAP, JDA, Stealth experience would be plus
