담당업무

- Primary resource in the country for coaching / facilitating the Divisions in its Lean Transformation through the implementation

- Delivers practical, hands-on training to associates in company methodology and tools to eliminate waste in all administrative, manufacturing, and support functions.

- Measures and reports progress on an ongoing basis related to Lean/Quality KPIs

- Develop annual Improvement Calendar working closely with Divisional/BU Leadership and Regional & Product Group Lean Managers

- Maintain the quality philosophy and Zero Defect culture for Korea Supply Chain and Operations

- Lead Korean divisions with country-level Improvement projects, including Siebel customer claims, Zero Defect Deployment, and the Six Sigma program.

- Enhance and improve problem-solving tools, prevention methods, quality-at-the-source, and continual improvement techniques.

- Lead Lean & Quality priority projects from planning to execution for sustainability and continuous improvement 

자격요건

ㆍ학력 : 대졸이상

ㆍ경력 : 경력10년↑

- More than 10 years of experience in Lean and Quality Tools and Systems in any industry area.

- Hands-on Experience in coaching and Facilitating Kaizen/Rapid Improvement Events.

- Lean Certification, Certified Quality Engineer, and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt are preferred.

- knowledge of International Standard ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is mandatory.

- Experience with quality improvement tools and techniques
