We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will lead our customer service department, ensuring top-tier support and satisfaction for our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee the customer service team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and process teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Monitor customer service metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in semiconductor equipment.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager, preferably in the semiconductor equipment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
- Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and processes is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English
