[Summary]

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our DePuy Synthes Marketing team in Seoul, Korea. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an elite team and contribute to the success of our Trauma and Power Tools product portfolio. [Responsibilities]

-  Collaborate with diverse teams from different departments to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the Trauma and Power Tools product portfolio.

-  Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends

-  Assist in the development of product positioning and messaging

-  Create and implement marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and sales

-  Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and lead changes for optimization

-  Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective product launch and sales support

-  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals

-  Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

[Requirements]

-  Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

-  Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or marketing is preferred

-  Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

-  Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams

-  Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously

-  Excellent communication and presentation skills

-  Fluent in English and Korean
