직무내용

(Contract Logistics) Contract Logistics Site Manager (인천)
ㆍTo achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of safety, cost, quality, delivery,
   environment + people.
ㆍTo oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities, ensuring the correct skills + training is
   in place.
ㆍTo ensure all operational activities are compliant with external + internal
   requirements/standards.
ㆍTo lead all office + warehouse activities at the site while understanding + inspiring others to
   learn + develop.
ㆍTo drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence.
ㆍTo drive a culture of continuous improvement, developing new initiatives for operational,
   service + sustainable solutions.
ㆍTo contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.
ㆍTo ensure that everyone involved in distribution activities delivers the right transport solutions.

ㆍTo upskill colleagues by delivering training on key productivity improvement tools + programs
under the production system/KN Excellence banner.
ㆍTo plan for + implement all annual excellence certification activities for locations/sites under
   your scope; striving to achieve ever higher levels of operational excellence.
ㆍTo validate + assess continuous improvement projects with a focus on annual hard savings
   targets.
ㆍTo coach site managers + their teams in the skills needed to drive operational excellence
   activities.
ㆍTo lead deep dive value streaming analysis (DDVSA) events
ㆍTo deploy KN Excellence site certification road maps containing all 26 continuous improvement
   elements.
ㆍTo drive + monitor Kaizens for continuous productivity + quality improvements across
   operational activities.

(Sea Logistics) Sea Logistics Operational Care Specialist
ㆍTo create/complete shipment details in our internal transport management system, coordinate
   with all involved stakeholders + organize transport based on the customer promise, obtain DG
   approvals where required, escalating discrepancies as required.
ㆍTo monitor + report on operational performance of carriers + other vendors as well as ensuring
   strong data quality is available for timely + accurate customer reporting.
ㆍTo create files for consolidation containers (Master).
ㆍTo review + ensure alignment of shipping instructions including clarifying any
   deviations/conflicts while taking country regulations, export compliance, rate + routing
   information into consideration.
ㆍTo issue + accurately submit/issue all required documentation (issue BAL specimen,
carrier OBL instructions, VGM and security filings, sales invoices) within 24 hours of departure.
ㆍTo ensure departure confirmations (or deviations v. scheduled) are shared with CCLs.
ㆍTo release BAL B/L as per Financial Guidelines + working instructions.
ㆍTo ensure cost awareness + efficiency through timely, accurate cost/revenue updates
   including
   profit maximization by providing cost awareness to the CCLs.
ㆍTo check + verify incoming supplier invoices, including initiating + resolving any rate
   discrepancies.
ㆍTo support and resolve claims + disputes.

(Sea Logistics) Sea Logistics Intern
ㆍTo support in the preparation of materials + market research, gathering insights + trends on our
   industry.
ㆍTo compile data + information from stakeholders.
ㆍTo assist in the creation of solutions + tools, leading to productivity improvements or other core
   initiatives.
ㆍTo learn + provide support in selected digital projects.
ㆍTo support in design of industry solutions in driving overall development + productivity for the
   business.
ㆍTo assist with the setting up + maintenance of our reports + systems.
ㆍTo provide administrative support in various processes within the team.
ㆍTo support in internal + external communications

(Air Logistics) Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist
ㆍTo drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation in close cooperation with
   the Field
ㆍSales + Operational Care Center (OCC).
ㆍTo establish + strengthen operational relation to customer contact(s) through engaging
   interactions, regular care visits + pro-active advisory + consulting to drive customer excellence.
ㆍTo qualify customer inquiries + provide quotations within the given price band, in line with the
   guiding
ㆍprinciple in decision-making, then following up to ensure quotations are accepted + closed.
ㆍTo support customer onboarding in line with working instructions, ensuring inclusion + transfer
   of customer requirements into the KN systems alongside the (initial) customer order.
ㆍTo collaborate with Finance + Revenue Care Center (RCC) to adjust credit limits based on daily
   business
ㆍdevelopment + coordinate measures in case of challenges.
ㆍTo document, resolve, analyze all complaints and feedback then identify, share + eliminate root
   causes.
